Sunrise Salutations & Sound
Join us for August Asanas, a wellness program designed to rejuvenate your body and mind in the serene surroundings of Zilker Botanical Garden. Saturday mornings in August, we invite you to start your weekend with our invigorating Sunrise Salutations and Sound Yoga classes.
The skilled instructor, Kelly Bach from Castle Hill Fitness, will lead you through gentle yoga movements with the healing sounds of singing bowls and other instruments, promoting deep relaxation and inner peace. This practice is suitable for all levels and aims to reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance overall well-being.
Please note this class is outdoors.
Admission to the garden is included with this registration and free for members!

About the Instructor
Kelly is a psychedelic, prop-spinning, dancing, rainbow kitten. She is passionate about movement, wellness, and art forms of the human body such as yoga, flow arts, and dance. Along with the experience of being a lifelong mover and performer, Kelly brings 10 years of teaching experience to her classes, and has taught over 1,500 hours of yoga in Austin. Her intuitive nature, and ability to develop meaningful relationships and to create accessible content for learners of all levels to make her classes fun, inspiring, and rewarding.
