Cooling Infusions and Calming Water Tonics
In this herbalism inspired workshop, we will learn how to create our own cooling water tonics and teas using herbs that regulate our temperature and help to hydrate our bodies. We will learn all about the botanical mint family and pair medicinal herbs to keep us calm, cool, and collected. We will also craft a soothing botanical mist spray and journey into a grounding meditation. This workshop features special guest instructor Justin Caraballo- a local Austin based herbalist.
