Community Forest Bathing & Tree Connection
In this guided ceremony, we will gather together in a sound healing experience through traditional grounding, guided tree meditation, and rootwork medicine. We will channel the spirit of trees as we are moved through a heartfelt plant walk in the Oak Grove. We will close with a Tree Tea Talk and botanical workshop, blending our own medicinal roots, leaves, and twig tea.

About the Instructor
Jesus Garcia is a community educator, Mexican shaman, and herbalist teaching the traditions of lineage work through botanical practices with holistic enrichment garden programs. Jesus is a national PreK teacher and founder of TheHerbalActionProject.
