Price: $20 for non-members, $10 for members. Garden admission is not included in this ticket price, as the Garden trails will be unavailable to attendees during this after-hours program.

About the Instructor 

Jené Sigl is a certified yoga instructor based in Austin, Texas, who began her journey in 2019 to find grounding during early motherhood. Her personal practice soon evolved into a deep philosophical commitment, leading her to earn her teaching certification in 2020. She believes yoga is an inclusive sanctuary for every body and strives to create welcoming environments that honor each student's unique journey.

What you need to bring 

• A Yoga or exercise mat and towel

• Comfortable clothes to move in 

• Water 

• Yoga blocks are encouraged. For those with joint discomfort, bringing a blanket for extra padding is encouraged, too.

This class is geared toward adult learners but is open to participants of all ages.
