Awaken your senses and cultivate clarity for the week ahead with an invigorating morning practice nestled in the beauty of Zilker Botanical Garden. This hour-long session gently wakes up the body, builds vital energy, and restores mental focus through restorative movement. Surrounded by vibrant flora and soothing nature sounds, this class offers a peaceful sanctuary to breathe, recharge, and center your mind.
This class is geared toward adult learners but is open to participants of all ages.
Price: $20 for non-members, $10 for members. Garden admission included!
Jené Sigl is a certified yoga instructor based in Austin, Texas, who began her journey in 2019 to find grounding during early motherhood. Her personal practice soon evolved into a deep philosophical commitment, leading her to earn her teaching certification in 2020. She believes yoga is an inclusive sanctuary for every body and strives to create welcoming environments that honor each student's unique journey.

- Yoga blocks are encouraged. For those with joint discomfort, bringing a blanket for extra padding is encouraged, too.

Class will begin at 8:30 am and will last one hour. If a class is full, but you would like to be added to the waitlist, please email info@zbgconservancy.org.
Wellness with Jené is an outdoor program with the intention of enjoying this practice amongst nature. We would like to encourage all guests to bring any necessities to protect from the elements such as bug spray, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc. This class is geared toward adult learners but is open to participants of all ages.
Refunds, Inclement Weather and Reschedule Policy
In the event of inclement weather, the session will be rescheduled. Your ticket purchase directly supports the mission of the Zilker Botanical Garden Conservancy, so please note the garden does not provide refunds. Contact info@zbgconservancy.org with any questions.
