Plant Aromatics & Essential Oils
In this healing workshop we will learn about the science and healing qualities of herbs and their essential oils. Journey with us as we craft our very own Calendula-infused oil and pair essential oils for mind, body and spirit self-care rituals.
After we craft our beneficial healing oil, we will learn EFT Tapping Techniques to center our emotions with guided plant meditation and a rooted mantra. This class is perfect for Back to School, Parents, Teachers and Outdoor Educators.
This class provided in partnership with Herbal Action Project and the Zilker Botanical Garden Conservancy. Led by Jesus Garcia.
About the Instructor
Jesus Garcia is a community educator, Mexican shaman, and herbalist teaching the traditions of lineage work through botanical practices with holistic enrichment garden programs. Jesus is a national PreK teacher and founder of TheHerbalActionProject.
