Come explore the beauty of Zilker Botanical Garden on a guided hike where we'll observe both the local birdlife and the plants they call home. Starting at the tranquil Taniguchi Japanese Garden and wrapping up at the fascinating Hartman Prehistoric Garden, this is the perfect way to start your day!
This adventure will be led by knowledgeable tour guides from both organizations, offering you an enriching experience in nature.

Know Before You Go
- Meet us at 7:00 AM at the Flag Pole inside the main gate at 2220 Barton Springs Rd.
- Note: we meet at 7:00 AM in June, July and August and at 7:30 AM during all other months
- Important Note: Some areas of the Taniguchi Japanese Garden are not ADA accessible. If you have mobility concerns, please reach out to us at info@zbgconservancy.org
